Prices All prices listed are in Singapore Dollars. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Delivery services Prices quoted are exclusive of local postage *NOTE - I will not be responsible on any lost, delay or damage during the process of delivery by Singpost. (I am not the Singpost delivery person) Additional of S$2.24 for registered mail is highly recommended. Meet up or Self collection is not available.
Confirmation/Cancellation of Pre-Orders We will send an email to the customer upon confirmation of pre-orders. To avoid anymore back out, payment have to be made before I proceed your order. (Sorry I have encountered too many cases and this is not fair to me , appreciate your understanding)
100% fund transfer is required upon confirmation of order. No refund will be made for cancellation of orders.
Exchange & Refunds All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. I will assure goods are in good condition before I sold to you. All fragile items will be bubble wrap for protection. Unreasonable request will not be entertain (eg. item not useful to you). Please note I don't invent or manufacture the products and I can't judge your skin for you if the products will 100% benefits your skin as everyone have individual skin types. I will share my experience and feedback from other users if I have any.
Pre-Order Lead Time Please allow about 1 to 3 weeks to process your pre-orders. (It depends on the shipment) If any items are out of stock full refund will be return.

Payment We accept payment by ATM Electronic transfer/Internet Banking.
Please transfer the fund within 3 working days in order to firm your orders. I will release the order to another member if I do not receive the payment on time. Your understanding is most appreciated. :)
